This site in Longmont, CO was completely remodeled.  Prior to the remodel it saw revenue of $45,000 - $50,000 per year.    Equipment changed out included vacuums, meter boxes, in bay credit card, low pressure foam system, spot free rinse system, self service pump rack, water and floor heat boiler, bill changer, water softener, vaults and new brick in around vaults, vendors.  The equipment investment was $115,000 and sales increased to $115,000 the following year.   These kind of renovations can yield a quick return on investment.
