Prior to using the FAQ, consult your Washgear equipment manual troubleshooting procedures.

Question:
My terminal says Invalid Address

Answer:
1. Under Manage Devices, check to see if each device has a valid address entered. The address should match the decal inside the terminal box.
2. Sometimes you can fix networking problems by right clicking on "Local area connection" icon under network connections and clicking "Repair". It might also help to reboot the computer prior to doing the above.

Question:
My terminal says Loading

Answer:
1. The terminal address entered under manage devices may not be correct. After checking the address matches with the decal on the front of the circuit board, power down the terminal, remove the circuit board, and verify it matches the decal on the back.

Problem:
I get a run-time error -2147467259 (80004005). Could not update, currently locked.

Solution:
1. Shutdown Cardworks and reboot. Upload settings to terminals.
2. If problem persists, delete the device and readd the device under Manage Devices.
